PC540: Mystery Surrounds Plane Crash
Sunday, August 31st, 2008Array I don’t attend many Auburn basketball games. Let’s just say that most of the fans came dressed like old wooden seats. My Dad and I were discussing the state of Auburn basketball and came up with some observations that I’d like to share with you. Watching men in their 40’s and 50’s ride unicycles at a basketball game is something no one should be subjected to ever. I know it’s less than a week before Christmas but please fire them today.Taking this young, exciting team out of the equation, Auburn basketball is a joke. We talk about Mississippi State and Vanderbilt in football but we are just as bad when it comes to basketball.I admit I’m partly to blame. But if Jeff Lebo can keep this team together for four years they have a chance to be special. There should be a huge monument erected to Cliff Ellis. Why Lebo came to Auburn I’m still not sure. Lebo will eventually put a winning product on the court. It’s time for Auburn to match Lebo’s passion.

The world beneath our oceans is a mystery only just starting to be revealed but if the carnivorous sponge is any indication, it must be pretty weird down there.About 1700 researchers in 73 countries are now halfway through the Census of Marine Life, a mammoth 10-year project to catalogue the life-forms of our oceans - from the tiniest microbes to the biggest whales. In the past year alone researchers have added 78 new species of fish to their records. On expeditions to the depths of the South Atlantic and Southern oceans at least half the jellyfish, sponges and other specimens found had never been seen before. The 5mm-wide carnivorous sponge which engulfs other organisms with its mouth was one of those surprise finds - sponges are normally filter feeders.Census scientific steering committee vice-chairman Dr Victor A. The new data reveals for the first time those zones of the ocean where we have the highest leverage for conservation and thus smarter fishing.Australia is one of four remaining areas in the world which still has strong and diverse stocks of tuna - an important predator, the numbers of which have been dramatically decreased by commercial long-line fishing.Since the introduction 50 years ago of long-line fishing boats - which hook fish on lines up to 100km long - fish stocks have been affected.

On December 2nd, 2005 I filed a petition with the Washington State Supreme Court in Olympia Washington in the Temple of Justice asking for re-instatement to practice to give me legal authortiy to represent class members in the class action lawsuit against Bush, Cheney, et al.I had discontinued paying bar dues in 2002 and was suspended from practice until I paid up bar dues with penalties. I was told to pay up ,000.00 in dues and penalties plus meet outstanding CLE requirements for re-instatement.Since I ask no attorneys fees in this lawsuit but only costs of the lawsuit, I feel it is unjust and inequitable for the Bar to not allow me to prosecute the lawsuit in defense of the Constitution which I have taken a solemn oath to defend against all enemies both domestic and foreign.A copy of that petition is viewable on my website.Help me to straighten up the fascist mess that our country is presently immersed in thanks to Bush, Cheney and their rogue companions.
